YOGA CLASSES
Yoga is a wonderful way to take care of your mind and body, to learn how to slow down, focus on yourself, your breath and what you need.
My pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes are open to all levels of ability and experience. They’re a gentle vinyasa style classes with lots of opportunity for rest and relaxation.
