PREGNANCY YOGA CLASSES IN OXFORDSHIRE

You can expect a gentle, nourishing class incorporating movement, breathing techniques and relaxation. The class offers an opportunity to step out of your day-to-day life and tune in to yourself and your growing baby. It’s also a great way to meet other local pregnant women.

This is a 75 minute class and includes 60 minutes of  yoga, followed by 15 minutes of warming tea and gentle conversation. 

Yoga in pregnancy (also known as antenatal or prenatal yoga) can help to improve sleep, reduce anxiety, increase strength and flexibility as well as help to prepare you for birth and motherhood.

The class is suitable from 13 weeks gestation, but it is particularly wonderful in the third trimester (from 28 weeks). If you have a high-risk pregnancy, please consult with your midwife or leading clinician before attending the class.

Payment and Booking

-6 week block for £75 (£12.50/class)

-Pre-paid one class drop in £15 per class

What do I need?

Please bring your own yoga mat, I would also recommend bringing a bolster, cushion or pillow.

MEET AMY…

Amy is a pregnancy and post-natal yoga teacher. Her passion for yoga began over a decade ago, and has recently flourished into teaching. Yoga helped Amy during her own pregnancies, both physically and in finding her mum tribe! Amy has a passion for supporting women on their pre and postnatal journeys by holding space for yoga and its many benefits.  Amy will facilitate mindful prenatal yoga practices that aim to lower stress and anxiety, promote better sleep and help to maintain positive mental health.

We are delighted to have Amy as part of the Blooming Well team. Join her for pregnancy yoga on Friday evenings, she will help you float into the weekend!
